We also offer recorded smoke alarm checks, with carbon monoxide alarm checks where applicable. Inspections cover visible condition in accessible areas. Alarm checks record results on the visit date; they do not replace a fire risk assessment. A tenancy-start alarm check should be booked for the day the tenancy begins.
